Privacy policy.

This policy explains what SolarCam360 does with information collected through solarcam360.com. It is written to be read, not to be impressive, so it is short and specific.

It covers this website only. It does not cover the monitoring platform and mobile app that active customers sign into, the video recorded by units deployed at your site, or information exchanged under a signed service agreement. Those are handled separately — ask us and we will point you to the right document.

Two things, and nothing else:

• What you type into the contact form — your name, email address, phone number, company, site location, and whatever project details you choose to include. Nothing on this form is collected unless you fill it in and submit it.
• Ordinary server records. Like every website, ours runs on a host that logs the IP address a request came from, the browser used, the pages requested, and the time. We use these to keep the site online and secure.

This section is here because it is the part most people actually want to know:

• We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. Not to anyone, for any price.
• This site sets no cookies at all — none for advertising, none for analytics.
• There is no advertising pixel, tag manager, or session recorder on this site.
• We do not buy information about you from data brokers or other companies.
• We do not build advertising profiles, and we do not use your inquiry to target you with ads.
• There are no accounts to create and no payments taken on this website.

We use what you send through the contact form to do the thing you contacted us about: reply to you, answer questions, prepare a quote, schedule a site visit, and follow up about that work. We keep a record of the conversation so the next person you speak with already knows your situation.

We use server records to operate the site, diagnose problems, and protect against abuse.

We do not use either for anything unrelated to your inquiry.

Your inquiry is visible to our team, and to the companies whose services we use to run this website:

• Our website host, which serves the site and keeps the server logs described above.
• Our database provider, where contact-form submissions are stored on servers in the United States, along with the routine backups of that database.
• Speedster Marketing, the company that built and manages this website for us. They administer the system where your inquiry arrives, so they can access it in the course of that work.
• Anyone we are legally required to give it to — for example in response to a subpoena, court order, or where disclosure is necessary to protect someone’s safety or our legal rights.

We keep contact-form inquiries for as long as we need them to respond to you and to maintain ordinary business records of who we have worked with and quoted. We do not have a reason to keep them forever, and you can ask us to delete yours at any time.

Server logs are kept for a limited period by our host as part of normal operations.

At any time, you can ask us to:

• tell you what information we hold about you;
• correct anything that is wrong;
• delete what you sent us; or
• stop contacting you.

Everything you send through this site travels over an encrypted connection, and access to submitted inquiries is limited to the people who need it to do their job. Our database provider and host maintain their own security controls.

No website or database is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise. We take reasonable measures, but we cannot guarantee that information sent over the internet is never intercepted.

This is a business website for commercial and municipal security work. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.

If what we do with your information changes, we will update this page and change the effective date at the top before the change takes effect. The version posted here is the one that applies.
