These terms govern your use of solarcam360.com (the “Site”), operated by SolarCam360 (“SolarCam360”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Site.

These terms cover the Site only. Any quote, purchase, rental, installation, monitoring, or service engagement with SolarCam360 is governed by the separate written agreement covering that work, and nothing on this Site changes or replaces that agreement.

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• use the Site in any way that violates applicable federal, state, or local law;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any system or network connected to it;
• interfere with or disrupt the operation, integrity, or security of the Site;
• use automated means to scrape, harvest, or collect information from the Site except as permitted by our robots.txt; or
• misrepresent your identity or your affiliation with any person or organization when submitting information through the Site.

The Site and its contents — including text, graphics, photographs, video, layout, and the SolarCam360 name and logo — are owned by SolarCam360 or its licensors and are protected by United States and international intellectual property law.

You may view and print pages from the Site for your own reference. You may not otherwise reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission.

We do not control, endorse, or take responsibility for the content, products, services, or privacy practices of any third-party site. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SolarCam360 and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which a claim is based and whether or not we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

This section does not limit any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and it does not apply to obligations owed to you under a signed services agreement.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page is the version in effect. Your continued use of the Site after a change is posted means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or these terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Volusia County, Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
